Payment and Refund Policy for Scenery Travel
Payment Policy:
Booking and Payment Methods:
- All bookings for excursions can be made through our website, via phone, or in person at our office. We accept payments in cash (Egyptian Pounds), as well as major credit and debit cards.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the excursion. For online bookings, you will receive a confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.
- Currency: All prices are listed in Euro (€). For international customers, your payment provider may apply a conversion rate and additional fees for processing.
- Group Bookings and Discounts: Group bookings of 10 or more may qualify for special discounts. Please contact us for group rates and further information.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required for group bookings, with the balance due 72 hours before the excursion date.
- Late Payments: If payment is not received within the stipulated time frame, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Refund Policy:
- Cancellation by Customer: Up to 72 hours before the excursion date: Full refund available for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled excursion date.
- Within 72 to 24 hours: A cancellation fee of 25% of the booking cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the excursion: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion date.
- No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals. It is the customer's responsibility to arrive on time at the designated pick-up location.
- Cancellation by Scenery Travel: In the unlikely event that Scenery Travel cancels an excursion due to weather conditions, lack of participants, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be given the option to: Reschedule the excursion for another available date. Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Changes to Bookings: Changes to booking dates or times are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the excursion, subject to availability. Please contact us to make any necessary changes.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
